The 75th annual dinner celebration of the PCS Branch

REA PCS BRANCH REUNION DINNER 2017 MENU

The menu choices for the 2017 Reunion dinner are as below. Would all attendees please let the Chairman know their selections as soon as possible but no later than 7th April 2017. All that is required for each person attending is a letter from each course representing choices ie. a,e,h.
STARTER
a. Pressed melon, caramelised strawberries, vanilla crème friache
b. Lincoln blue panna cotta, poached pear, red wine reduction
c. Pressed ham hock and vegetable terrine, sweet mustard oil
MAIN COURSE
d. Braised beef sirloin, caramelised onions, mushrooms, thyme mash, red wine jus
e. Breast of chicken, crisp pancetta, wild mushroom sauce, crushed potatoes
f. Spinach and feta cheese, baked Greek style in crispy filo pastry
SWEET
g. Strawberry and vanilla parfait, tuile wafer and glazed strawberries
h. Peach and blackberry crumble, vanilla custard
i. Lime and cranberry cheesecake coulls
